About Hemlock Reading Centre
Hemlock Reading Centre is a Westshore-based (Langford) dyslexia tutoring centre owned and operated by Janine Bradley. Our centre is committed to providing personalized instruction utilizing the evidence-based Orton-Gillingham approach to literacy. This structured and sequential methodology enables our students to build a strong foundation in reading, writing, and comprehension skills, empowering them to reach their full potential.
I am located near Willway Elementary, PEXSISEN Elementary, Ruth King Elementary, Centre Mountain Lellum Middle, Spencer Middle School, Lighthouse Christian Academy, and Belmont Senior Secondary.
I would like to acknowledge that we reside on the unceded shared territory of the Coast Salish people including the Malahat nation, lək̓ʷəŋən nations, W̱SÁNEĆ people, T'Sou-ke Nation, and the Scia'new nation. I thank those people for being the stewards of this land for thousands of years and today. I am so thankful for the opportunity to live, work, and learn upon this amazing land and hope to learn to treat it with the amount of respect our Indigenous peoples have always show it. Hych’ka siem.
